As it was predicted earlier the publication of the real cost of memory kits DDR4 ($400 - 1000) set to think many users about the advisability of the transition to the new standard. Moreover, competition for the consumer's dollar is only raised, and sometimes companies use quite original decisions to persuade the user to their side. Analysis of the graphs showed that the change of RAM parameters of affects the performance of the proposed system. In the transition from the frequency of 1333 MHz to 2133 MHz performance growth in games was about 3-7%, and in typical applications it reached 10%. Of course, much more depends on the optimization of the programs and their requirements for the speed of the RAM.

In other words, the "heavier" the application (CAD-systems, compilers, complex calculations in real time, modern games at maximum graphics settings), the greater impact will have the effective frequency of the memory subsystem.

In synthetic benchmarks the difference is stronger, especially in the benchmark AIDA64. Increase of the effective frequency of modules from 1333 to 2133 MHz provides the 50% growth in rate of copy/read/write.

As for the comparison of DDR3-2133 GOODRAM LEDLIGHT GL2133D364L10A/16GDC with its opponent, the last showed a slightly better performance only in mode DDR3-2133 MHz. In general we can say that the performance of both sets is comparable.
